Steelmakers experience a fantastic day together
The kind of experience you never forget. That's how it was at the second edition of the annual corporate event called "Where does my father, my mom work?" Family
Safety Day, which took place last Saturday, June 1. More than 5000 U. S. Steel Kosice employees together with their families experienced a fantastic day at the steelworks. Sunny
weather, an attractive program for large and small, the chance to look around the Company operations, excellent organization - what more could everyone wish for?
The morning and afternoon programs, with Senior Vice President - Europe & Global Operations Services United States Steel Corporation George F. Babcoke also
taking part, were officially opened by U. S. Steel Kosice President David J. Rintoul. The main idea of this event, he reminded everyone, is above all to show all our visitors how much
attention the Company devotes to employees' safety, and all the things it does to that end.
