Applications
The high-strength interstitial-free steels are particularly suitable for complex structural parts requiring combined stretch formability and deep drawing, such as longitudinal beams, cross members, suspension and chassis components, panels, tunnel sections, reinforcements etc.
U. S. Steel Košice has implemented and maintains a quality control system in accordance with the standard EN ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 for the automotive industry, issued by TÜV SÜD.
Grades
Galvanized products are classified into quality grades according to their chemical composition and mechanical properties.
