There is a long-term systematic cooperation with the Secondary Vocational School Košice-Šaca in the area of preparing students for employment in the steel-making industry. This cooperation has been extended also to other selected secondary technical schools. The company also joined the Dual education system.
In the field of improving the practical and professional skills we provide university students and graduates with the possibility to participate on plant tours and in-company practices, and to work on their bachelor, master and doctoral theses directly in the steelworks operations of our company.
University students can extend their theoretical knowledge, practical experiences, communication and managerial skills during our summer program called the Summer Internship.
