HOT DIP GALVANIZED

All steels are produced using modern progressive technology in oxygen converters; the prescribed chemical composition is strictly maintained and fully-killed steels are continuously cast into slabs.
Sheets are rolled on a modern 4-stand or 5-stand mill and galvanized on a continuous hot-dip galvanizing line equipped with the latest technology for zinc coating, leveling, modification of zinc spangle, surface passivation and oiling.

Hot dip galvanized sheets in coils are processed by:

A / transversal cutting into sheets
B / longitudinal cutting into strips in coils (by agreement).

A quality control system in accordance with international standard ISO 9001, issued by TÜV CERT has been implemented as an effective instrument of high quality production and products. Sheets are certified in accordance with Law No. 90/1998 on construction products.
