Kosice, September 3, 2003 - Through Talent Night, U. S. Steel Kosice, s.r.o. delivers upon its commitment to support talented young people of Eastern Slovakia. For the third time in the row, this popular competition will culminate on September 5, 2003 by its finals evening which will be carried out on two stages simultaneously - at Hlavna Street, next to Immaculata statue and in the State Theatre in Kosice.

Finals evening was preceded by June selection rounds in soloist singing, musical groups and dance categories. This year 115 singers, musical groups and dance groups registered, which results in nearly 350 people from throughout Eastern Slovakia.

An opportunity to present themselves will be given to groups DeFacto, O2H and singer Gabriel Sipos, all who intrigued this year selection committee, along with winners of previous annual U. S. Steel Talent Nights. Side-by-side with beginner artists, during the gala-evening popular singers like Peter Nagy, Petr Kotvald, IMT Smile and Misha will perform. Viewer in front of the podium at Hlavna Street will be entertained by groups Horkyze Slize, Beg Bajazid and by Mr. Marian Cekovsky.

Finalists will get prizes totaling SKK 350 000. For the Hlavna Street viewers is prepared toss and attractive prizes totaling over SKK 100 000. Toss will take place at 5:00PM and at 7:00PM. U. S. Steel Talent Night will culminate by laser - fireworks show.
