Steel is a universal and durable material providing variable application in electrical appliances and home appliances. Thanks to the quality of steel processing the material obtains required parameters: high strength, formability, oxidation and corrosion resistance and other properties.
In the case of home appliances there are specific requirements imposed on functionality. There is a trend to produce quality equipment with high energy efficiency and low consumption, having a long service life.

(sheeting, scaffolds, doors, other parts), structural components for TV sets, electronics and electrical equipment for cooling and heating. Our offering also includes electrical steel for manufacturing electromagnetic circuits for rotating parts of appliances, small transformer coils, electromagnets, and other electrical components.

Hot Rolled sheets
Low carbon steel sheets are intended for processing by deep drawing and cold forming. It is possible to apply other surface layers on steel sheets as necessary and thus carry out adjustments such as galvanizing, coating and enameling.

Organic coated sheets
Organic coated steel sheets are characterized by corrosion resistance, plasticity and high efficiency in manufacturing as these sheets speed up the production process, reduce the consumption of energy and are environmentally friendly.
Color coated sheets are composed of several surface layers – depending on required properties to be obtained through coating.
Steel sheets treated this way can be used in the manufacturing of home appliances, electrical equipment and other industrial sectors.

THIN ORGANIC COATED SHEETS
Thin organic coated steel sheets represent an efficient alternative to galvanized sheets – primarily in case of solutions requiring an extra high level of corrosion protection. Thin organic coated sheets provide three times higher corrosion resistance while maintaining weldability at the same quality level.
The thin organic layer significantly improves mechanical properties of steel, mainly its formability. Steel coated this way is suitable for various form of further processing by pressing, profiling, and rolling – for use in electronics as well as construction sector. It is at the same time possible to apply on the surface a color coating without previous treatment which makes it possible to obtain required appearance quickly and efficiently.
Thin organic coated steel sheets are chrome-free which adds to the safer management of waste and reducing pressure on the environment.

Steel saves 30 - 70% of natural resources
Current production of high-strength steel makes it possible to use light structures while thinner materials retain same mechanical properties but are more effective in terms of the raw material use. When processing the same amount of steel it is possible to produce several times more products, which contributes to the sustainability of production.
Reduction in the weight of appliances reduces production costs, transport costs as well as costs of the energy consumption for the end user.
Improvement of service life and reduction of emissions
Steel used in the production of home appliances is characterized by its high strength and durability (material fatigue is lower) – for smooth, ecological, and long-term operation of equipment.
Steel is a recyclable material which makes it possible to reuse it. While processing recycled material emissions are reduced by 42% and there is a 30% energy saving.
